We visit your space, note every room and surface, and ask what isn't working with your current cleaning.
Written scope
You get a room-by-room scope: tasks, frequency, schedule, supplies and exclusions.
One monthly price
One fixed price for the agreed scope, plus set rates for any extra work. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Start and check in
We confirm access, start on your schedule and check in after the first few visits to adjust the scope if needed.

Yes. The walkthrough and written quote come with no obligation.
Who provides the supplies?
It's your choice, and it's written into the scope. Some businesses prefer their own paper goods and soap; we can supply cleaning products and equipment.
Can we change the scope later?
Yes. If you add a room, change your hours or need more frequent service, we update the scope and price in writing before the change starts.
