Our regular upkeep clean for homes that are cleaned often. It covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas from top to bottom.

Recurring discount: 15% off weekly, 10% off every two weeks, 5% off monthly

A slower, more detailed clean that gets to the build-up a regular clean doesn't. We recommend it as the first visit before recurring service.

A top-to-bottom clean of an empty home, so it is ready to hand over or move into. Popular with renters, sellers, landlords and property managers.
Best for: moving days, lease turnovers and listings

Most homes are cleaned every two weeks. Weekly suits busy households with kids or pets, and monthly works for smaller homes that stay tidy. You can change your schedule, skip a visit or pause service by calling or texting us.
We recommend starting with a deep clean, then moving to a standard clean on a recurring schedule.
The more often we come, the less each visit costs: 15% off weekly, 10% off every two weeks and 5% off monthly. Your first visit is billed at the regular rate, and the discount starts with your second. If two visits in a row are skipped, the next one is billed at the one-time rate.
We walk your space, put the scope in writing room by room, and quote one monthly price. Offices, medical and dental front offices, retail stores and property common areas.
